Instant Pot Korean chicken wings

This is meal #3 in the Instant Pot. I could use better knife skills to clip off the chicken wing tips and cut the wing into two, so that step took me the longest. We used a recipe from drkarenslee website, using Korean hot sauce, Gochujang. The sauce didn't have enough heat, so Bill added a bunch of different things to give it a punch, like some of Scott's Year of the Dog hot sauce, Slap Ya Mama seasoning and Franks Hot Sauce. We ended up with an amazing BBQ sauce. Too bad we can't recreate it again!

We could use a toaster oven (or just an oven) with a better broiler, though. Then they would have turned out crispier.
