Welcome to the blog

Well, here we are on a super hot day in Marin (and SF Bay Area). It's currently 91 degrees and rising, so Ellie and I are taking shelter indoors pretty much, except for the occasional playtime with the hose in the kiddie pool in the backyard. We will have to venture out later tonight, though. Bill and I go to Pilates class once a week at the rec center. Aren't you proud of us? We may be old, but our inner cores are strong as ever! Hehe. Seriously though, Bill's other hip is bothering him and is on a count down for hip replacement and I'm getting frozen shoulder on my left side, so Pilates is no picnic for either of us. It's definitely keeping us limber, so we will be able to recover faster if we ever have to have surgery on our joints.
